Troy is the Founder of Allegro CFO. He has over 20 years experience in corporate finance, commercial banking and nonprofit board leadership. His expertise is in strategic guidance, financial planning & analysis (forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling), treasury, cash flow, capital advisory, risk management and financial reporting.

After two decades of working directly with CFOs, Troy acts as the day-to-day finance & business partner for small businesses as a Fractional CFO. He has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex financial frameworks, coordinate multi-unit budgets, and deliver data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making.

Troy's experience includes 15 years at JPMorgan, an MBA from Columbia Business School and multiple iterations as an entrepreneur. Throughout his career he's partnered with hundreds of businesses, negotiated dozens of multi-million dollar transactions and facilitated access to hundreds of millions in capital.
